How It Works: Getting a Quote

Each of our customer’s flooring needs are as varied and unique as the spaces they are designing.  So at Board Brokers, we offer the same level of personal attention and support to each of our clients, no matter how big or small the project. Interested in getting a quote?

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Create Quote Online or Contact Us

You can create a quote online by searching our selection of wood floors and adding floors or products you like via the “Add to Quote” button to your shopping cart. Once you complete your quote online a Board Broker’s wood flooring consultant will contact you via email and phone to review your quote within one business day.

If you prefer to call  or email obtaining a quote is simple, just contact us at 1.888.270.8797 or email us at  sales@boardbrokers.com and a Board Brokers consultant will assist you with process of selecting your floor and getting a quote within your budget.

Step 2: Your Board Brokers Free Design Consultation

After you view our extensive online collection of high end wood flooring and contact us for a quote, one of our expert wood flooring consultants will provide a free individual design consulting to help indentify the ideal product for your project – and your budget.  We advise you every step of the way from selecting the right color, to determining the correct square footage, to recommending the best floors for your planned usage based on our over 100 years combined experience.

Step 3: Receive Your Samples

Once we’ve identified potential products that fit your design needs and budget, we’ll send samples for your evaluation and review. If they’re not exactly what you are looking for, we’ll work with you until we get it right. Board Brokers provides three free samples per quote. Custom samples are available for review at a small cost depending on the complexity of the custom request.
